W,

Unless you were wearing a heart rate monitor, the only way you're going to be able to estimate is to try and find an average speed you're running or walking in the Fitness Tracker and add it that way. It's not going to be exact, but at least it will give you an estimate.

Hope that helps,

How in the world would I track my exercise for track?

Since I'm in pole vaulting, our exercise routine is rather spuradic.

When we get there, everyone runs two warm up laps around the track, one where we just run and one where we stretch at each corner of the track. From there, we go into the middle of the football field and do 15 or so jumping jacks, and sooometimes we do these stretches across the field called 'grasslines'.

From there, since I'm in the 'pole vaulting team' (our exercises and warm-ups are different) we do six of these things called 'build-ups' where we sprint the long-side of our oval shaped track, and walk the corners. (Six of those would be, two build-ups in one lap, which would count as one build-up).

How in the world would I track that into my exercise??

Not to mention, in the morning, I have weight-training, which involves some lifting and stretching that aren't in the strength-training section. Ohh!
