There's no way to target weight loss to a specific area of the body, but cardio exercise will help with overall fat loss. The idea is that with time, eventually you'll start to lose the weight in places where you carry excess.

ok yea when i gain weight the really only place you can tell is my chest and i am a guy so its really embarrassing...so what can i do to really tone down my chest?!?!
