Yea, I run at least 3 miles everyday, and do ab workouts when I wake up, and before I go to bed. I do my strength training everyday, legs one day, arms the other. So yea in essence I exercise everyday.

It depends on the week and how busy i am . i try to do each day.

me. I run everyday. I figure, if I form the habit of running everyday, it will be much easier to lose the weight.
