The only way that they would be accurate if they came with a built in heart rate monitor. They could, but I doubt they do. I cannot recall what they are called, but I do know what you are talking about.

I know you can buy those things that you put on your arm so you can see how many calories you burn, what are they called?? Are they accurate??
