| Absolutely! I do a lot of cardio and strength training every other day and on the off days and on days I do yoga. I absolutely love it.

Do the yogo yess!! Its really relaxing, and like everyone says a toner, but its not too much cardio so still do something, like your turbo jam =]
Does anyone know any good yogo videos or websites??

Oh god, could I talk to you all day long about how great turbo jam is...Chalene has loads of energy and motivates you the whole way through.
Onto Yoga- It's not much for weightloss, but it DOES help you tone. If you have 60 pounds to lose, I suggest doing Turbo Jam, other cardio and strength training, and do yoga on days off.

I have 60 lbs. to lose and I was wondering if yoga would be good. I need to become more limber, toned, and lose some weight.
Personal thoughts please!!
