haha I'm insanely busy so I know what it feels like getting up early - I have to get up at 5:30am everyday so that I can train before school! Then I usually have some sport at school, have other activities after school, get home and have to do homework ugh =P It's great that you're gettin up early - it's really invigorating!

im so envious of people who can get up & exercise. when i wake up the last thing i wanna do is be active, i wanna go back to sleep! i literally like rolll out of bed most days.
5:30 i'm still dead asleep. 7 or 7:30 is when i wake up. i always exercise at night so its not like im missing out but on top of my normal night exercises somedays i tell myself " hey why dont u go for a jog in the morning" i'll even put an alarm on and everything, doesnt happen i snooze it everytime. maybe in the summer i will be bc i dont like wasting my summer away so i get up early:)

| I get up really early in the morning and run. I think 5 ish. I run for 30, than take a shower to get ready for school. It feels good exercising in the morning.

I'm going out of my routine, but my routine isn't what I should be doing anyway. I come home and take a good two hour nap every night and now instead I've been exercising for at least a half-hour.
i've tried the whole getting up early thing, but it didn't work for me. I can barely get up on time for school, let alone even earlier.

Any one out there doing something a little out of routine to squeeze in excsersise??
Well tomorrow morning i'm getting up at 5:30 a.m. to fit in some fitness time!! eww.
