Yea I know exactly what you mean, its like if I don't get my daily 3 miles in, I feel really guilty regardless of how I ate. I think I have an obsession with healthiness.

Never cut your calories to compensate for lack of exercise. THe other posters are right, the body does need its rest and you should never feel guilty for giving it to yourself!

Stay in your calorie range, even if you miss a workout. And I agree with the previous poster, exercising intensely everday (especially if working the same muscles consecutively) is not good for body for it can cause injury. But if it's not so intense, I don't think there's anything wrong with daily cardio. But don't starve your body (and starving doesn't necessarily mean your tummy is grumbling) just because you missed a workout. Your body needs it's daily fuel. Hope this was help enough; talk to the Coaches!

Well exercising everyday isn't good for your body reguardless if you feel guilty about it. The body needs days of rest, or at least one. If you don't feel up to exercising today just take the day off, it won't slow down your progress your body will just rest.

I exercise everyday. If I don't exercise, I feel really guilty! I am not feeling up to exercise today, but I believe if i don't exercise, I will gain weight. I haven't missed a workout since June.

If I eat about 1600 calories will this compensate for my lack of physical activity?
