i usually do the bike for 30-60 mins 5-7 days a week. & i do pilates, strength training 3 or 4 times a week too. i walk home alot from school which is a 15-20 minute walk too.
some days i'll try to jog a mile outside on top of all that. not really for fitness but more bc i want to be able to do a mile without dying so im taking it slow for now & not worrying about time for that

| I find that when I have a set workout plan, its a drag to follow it. I have volleyball/track so I don't really schedule too much Cardio. However, I do do a lot of the workout videos on the site. As for toning, butt.. abs.. butt lol, I really gotta tone up my thighs to make them presentable for my volleyball shorts =)

Hey guys.. I thought it might be fun to see what everyone does on a weekly basis when they work-out. This also may help people to find the fitness plan that really works for them!
Here's mine: Monday- Swim (at an organized practice.. I'm a competitive swimmer) for 45 minutes. Tuesday- Strength for 25 minutes. I basically work on my core (abs + back exercises) and arms (pushups) with just a little on my legs. Wednesday- Swim or run (whatever my coach says) for 45 minutes. Thursday- Strength for 25 minutes (same as Tuesday)and yoga for 30 minutes to calm my mind. Friday- Swim for 45 minutes. Saturday and Sunday- One day I take a rest and the other day I either go to a spinning class or do some strength training.
Feel free to comment or share!
