Sorry to hear about your injury, but go easy on yourself! Make sure you rest and do whatever is necessary to take the time you need to heal up. That said, you can probably still do quite a few exercises, even if you can't really use your legs. I'm going to link you to a couple articles here, and although they were written for people with disabilities, a lot of the information presented in them will be helpful to you since you can't really use your legs much for exerciser right now. Be sure to talk to your doctor if you have any questions about what is safe or not.

In addition, talk to your doctor about whether or not abs/core workouts are safe since you'll be lying on you back for those kinds of exercises (without putting pressure on the feet/ankles). You may also want to ask about water exercise or swimming.

I broke my my ankle in two places a couple weeks ago and had to get surgery... now I'm stuck in a cast for the next six weeks and summer's coming up!!!
I'm 5ft4, 137 pounds and I want to lose ten pounds. But now I don't know what to do because I can't even walk!
*most of my weight is on my stomach/hip-thigh area but I'd be happy if I could even lose the extra arm fat and gain some upper body strength...
