| Yeah... but i mean today i ran the quarter of the mile to work on it. i ran it in 2:40 i mean thats good i just need to keep running! :)

| Well if you ran it 9:56 once you can do it again. Just keep practicing, and make sure you're at your best the day you run it for real.

| Yeah the other day in gym class i ran it in 9:56 and then yesterday i did it in 12:00 min! for cheer you have to run it under 10 min! I have no idea how im going to bring it down 2 min in 3 weeks

Part of] Week 1:
Sunday March 23rd: -Dance 22 min -Practice splits -Practice leaps -100 crunches -Lift 20lbs 20 reps 2x
Monday March 24th: -Dance/walk/run/stairs/jump rope/whatever 30 min -Jump on trampoline 10 min Walk/run/jog 20 min -Energy Workout -Practice splits -Practice leaps -Practice toe touches -Practice axles -Practice high kicks -Practice turns
Tuesday March 25th: -Walk 1hr -100 crunches -Practice splits -Lift 20lbs 20 reps 2x -Practice toe touches, leaps, high kicks, and axles on trampoline
Wednesday March 26th: -Dance 30 min -Practice splits -Practice toe touches, leaps, high kicks, and axles on trampoline -10 planks -10 push ups -Practice turns -Practice axles
It's my exercise routine for the next few days. Does it sound good/effective?
Side note: Just to clarify I'm obviously going to continue exercising, but I don't like to actually plan out the specifics too far in advance.
