| Yeah, I always run in place, especially when it's raining or something outside. The thing is you have to wear shoes because sometimes it gets hard on your joints because you need elevation. LOL believe me I've tried it and my legs started hurting like crap afterwards....It's fine to do but you just have to make sure you wear shoes, so you don't put extra stress on your legs..........

Red,
Make sure you're wearing shoes that fit properly and aren't worn out. Jogging in place shouldn't make your knees hurt. If you have a stationary bike, that's another exercise you could do while watching tv.
Hope that helps,
Coach Jen

| ok so I was watching tv and jogging in place. We don't have a treadmill (or any other exercise machine) so I was jogging, with out shoes, on the floor. Then all the sudden, my right knee started to hurt really bad; I had to stop it was hurting so bad. Anyways, what can I do so I can jog in place without my knees hurting? and do you think I can mess up my knee that way? Also, what other cardio could I do while watching Tv?
