Only do as much as you can handle. There is no 'defined' number as to how mych you should be doing. As much as possible is usually good, but never work yourself to the point where it becomes painful or anything to exerscise

how much exercise should i get a day? yesterday i got 30 minutes. is that enough? also, does walking count as an exercise? because i have to walk every day for about 20 minutes, so when i get home after walking i would just have to do 10 minutes, right?
