With both hands about 50 pounds but with 1 hand only 15 but I have weak arms . My friend can lift 200 pounds but she lifts weights all the time and her mucles r huge!

Im around 20-45 ibs....its heavy lol....but it all depends on the area I am working on....for exapmle...for chest I do 20 -_-, arms 45 lol

I usually lift between 10 and 20 pounds, it depends on what part of the body i am working on. I lift 10 in each hand for bicep curls, and 20 on each leg for leg lifts. But it usually depends on how much i did the day before... hope this helps!!

the more weight that u lift the bigger a girls boobs get. It u want a bigger size keep liften heavy. Plus it's good for ur health too.

it depends for me...on the leg press i can do 125 now i have to go up to 135 cuz i went to fatigue and that was also the limit till the next lbs up...but on the iso-lateral raise i do 10 lbs...which is REALLY hard...on the hip Abduction and adduction i can do 90-100 lbs... so it depends on if its my arms or my legs...my legs are stronger...

I lift 25 arms but im not sure what I life for legs. Its pretty high because of my muscles from riding and such, I'll have to check on that.

im comfortable lifting 50-60lbs arms and legs, but can go up to 80lbs on the legs at a push. it's important coz i cycle a lot so need to have good leg strength for big hills. sorry for invading the girls convo.

I do 20 when I use hand weights. Don't worry, you won't bulk up. Females don't have enough testosterone to build super bulky muscles, we just tone and define, which looks amazing on ANY girl.

You should definitely lift weights that are as heavy as you can handle! And that's a great thing!
And to answer your question, I lift the heaviest weights I can handle, and increase that amount regularly. As an example: I lift 50 pounds (25-lb dumbbells) on chest press. I lift 140 pounds on leg press. I lift 70 pounds on lat pulldowns. I lift 40 pounds on biceps curls.
And I'm definitely not huge!
