Yeah, for my excercise : I ride the bike for 20 minutes 18 mph then, i walk a mile[walk away the pounds] which is about 20 minutes and turbo jam. 20 minutes. so an hour of working out. its a lot, but the thing is i break it up. so its not that hard.

| Dude I have to go with nicole on this one....I can barely go on 45 min of exercise a day....your body is probably worn out, so maybe you should just take a rest or something...do a light exercise so you can recover...and 1500 cals is a little low....you could try 1800 and it may give you some more energy...anyways good luck and stay safe!

FISH- One to four hours of exercise every day? That is very excessive--especially for the amount of food you're eating. We recommend a minimum of 1,800 calories each day for teens--and if you exercise that much, you'd need even more. If you feel an intense need to exercise that much to control your weight, I think you need to talk to your parents, doctor, school counselor or similar.

| I usually exercise for 1-4 hours a day. Today, it was impossible for me to do so. I ate 1500 calories, will this be enough for days I don't do anything? P.S. Trying to lose 10 pounds!!!!
