The best way to burn fat, anywhere on your body is to do Cardio, sometimes its a pain but it works like a charm. Also, if you tone up your belly, try core exersizes. Crunches alone will not help you burn fat! Like its been said many times before, you can't spot train. So if you really want to slim down, cardio is the only way to go :)
