Hi Kurt

The best person to answer this question would be your doctor. They might even be able to give you a referral to see a physical therapist who can design an exercise program specific to your needs.

Hope that helps!

Hi, my name Kurt and I got a blood clot in my left leg in November 2007. The blood clot caused extensive damage to both my muscle and my leg in my left leg and it also cause a little damage to my nerves on my whole left side(but that's mostly strength problems). I was doing exercise before the clot, but after i got it, I can't move my left leg or put any pressure/weight , the doctors pretty much said its "frozen". So its been almost 4 months now, with no physical activity and I want to know if there is any form of exercise that I can do??
