I've always found that I exercise harder and longer when I listen to upbeat, fast paced music. Maybe you could give this a try. A lot of the times I won't want to do anything but I'll put on some music and I'll be ready to go. You could also try something like dancing, or maybe going for a walk/jog with a friend. Anything you do with a friend will likely be more fun. Good Luck!~

I go on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I run for one minute, and then walk for one minute. Every 5 minutes I get off and dance, or jump around. I have fun looking forward to my 5 minute dances!
I also find joining a team is a fun way to exercise!
