Hey, Im sometimes shocked by the amount of calories that i shows, but i like the idea of just counting the minutes.

what i do is go for minutes excersised not how much kcals u burned...but it is nice to know how much u burned.

i would suggest using a heart rate monitor...but there like 60 bucks...we use them at school.

It says I burn 500 calories playing tennis! Not a chance! It also says 180 calories for 10 minutes of running! I also walked for an hour and burned 140. I know I did not burn 820 calories, what gives??
