| WHAT MOST PEOPLE DONT KNOW IS THAT ITS NOT THE PLAYING OF THE SPORTS THAT MAKES YOU THIN ITS THE WAY THAT U TRAIN ONE HUGE SECRET THAT ALMOST NO PERSONAL TRAINER WANTS PEOPLE TO KNOW IS THAT FLAT OUT running AND JUST FLAT OUT CARDIO ACTUALLY BURNS FAT SLOWER THAN DOING SOMETHUING LIKE running 5 MIN WALK 3 MIN OR HARDCORE KICK BOXING FOR LIKE 10 MIN THEN SLOWER FOR LIKE 5 OR 6 ITS ALL ABT GETTING YOUR HAEART RATE UP THEN SLOWING IT BACK DOWN THEN UP AGAIN THEN DOWN AGAIN AND SO ON AND SO FORTH IT RAELLY WORKS MY OLD VOLLEYBALL COACHES WERE PISSED @ ALL OF ATHLETICS SO THEY MADE US DO 5 MIN SPRINTING THEN 2 MIN walking OVER AND OVER AGAIN TIL WE DID A TOTAL OF AROUND 65-70 LAPS AROUND THE GYM AND IN THAT 1 DAY I WENT HOME AND FOUND THAT I LOST LIKE 4-5 POUNDS

| You need to eat a lot since you are doing sports. running burns a lot of calories. make sure it is healthy food.

| I don't really know. I know a lot of people in your situation. They do 3 sports and are very active but they aren't thin and toned like you might expect. It could be your diet, make sure you're eating the right things. It could also be that you're just not meant to be super thin.

| I am a 3 sport athelete. I do volleyball, swimming, and tennis. I am still somewhat flabby and I don't know why. I also run a lot and ran a half marathon. Why am I not a toned girl??
