| I tried volleyball and it just wasn't for me I guess. But I am glad I tried it first to see what would work....Then I tried basketball and I did ok, but I still did pretty bad. What I mean is try to find a sport that interests you and something that you like and are fairly good with. Sometimes you have to try out different sports to see what works best for you!

| I started playing netball last year to try and get in to shape, but my heart wasnt in it so i was never comitted, so chose something you like and then you'll be more likely to stick to it :)

| Do what you want. You should not let others decide for you. I play soccer and it's a lot of fun and lets you run a lot. However, Im sure that volleyball works the upperbody better. Really depends on what you want.

| You need to do what interests you. If you like a lot of running do soccer. If you prefer action volleyball... but you might hurt your knees on the hard floor of the volleyball court. Hope I helped...

I play volleyball, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't commited/intrested its a drag to play with people who don't really care about it.
Think about what you want to condition, since different sports train different parts of your bodies.
If you like running, think about soccer/track/football/basketball those really tone up your legs.
If you enjoy swimming, try water polo or diving :)
If you enjoy court sports try volleyball/tennis/badminton
A good all around sport would be something like cricket/baseball/softball
Theres a lot to choose from though, so don't think your limited to my suggestions! Every sport causes you to work hard and requires strategy and skill, so either way you'll be getting the workout you want!
Good luck finding a sport!!

| Go with whatever interests you. I would personally do soccer or track. But that's just because I like those two sports (I'm not very good at them though). I wouldn't just pick something based on someone's suggestion. If you don't do something you're interested in then you'll probably get bored with it.
