| The secret is...no one has time! WIth everything going on in life, it is really hard to find time to do anything. I recommend finding short intervals of time to get a work out in. Between homework assignments, go for a walk, jump rope, ride your bike. Basically you need to make a choice. What's more important your health, or complaining about your lack of time for health??

| they only way you are going to get into shape is to get up and move. so get some motivation and workout.

| Talk to your friends. If any live near you, see if they'd be interested in exercising together. Or take a dog for a walk! You probably feel lazy because you haven't done anything all day. School does that to you. Go for a walk, a run, a bike ride, or skate--ANYTHING to get your blood pumping. You'll feel better after.
