Yes, the person above me is right, you can't spot train your body. So, you're going to have to do a lot of cardio and exersizing if you want to lose that weight, even if its just your thighs.
However, there are many exersizes that I just love for toning my butt and thigh area - Wall Sits - Kicks and other things along those lines =)

first of all, u need to know that you cant spot train and you should workout your whole body equally. the exercise i like to do for my inner thighs is a wide stance squat: spread your legs 4 inches past your hips and squat down after a few you will feel it. do at least 2 sets of 12 and remember to stretch.

I know this AMAZING one for inner thighs but it only works if you do it right. Unfortunately its hard to explain, but I'll try.
Lay down on your side, one leg on top of the other, your head resting on your arm. Take your top leg and shift it so its crossing your bottom leg, like an x. Then you raise the leg underneath your top leg up and down. It won't go too far, but you'll definetitely feel the burn. Try to do 3 sets of 8 on each side and increase as you get used to them. Also scissor kicks are amazing.
