Actually, in most (or all) of our articles about cardio it does say to take at least one day off.

One or two days off is advisable, it depends on how hard you work / what you do.

Is doing cardio everyday okay or do you need take a few days off? Because on sparkpeople it tells you to not do strength training everyday but nothing about cardio.
