Hey Glitter- Lots of people do more than 90 minutes of cardio at once--distance athletes, for example. The important thing is to make sure that you're fueling your body properly so that it has fuel from food to turn to instead of other sources (like muscle). Make sure you're eating nutritious foods and meeting your body's calorie needs. Also, it'll help if you can eat a snack before your session (ideally, a small snack during your long classes), and afterwards as soon as you can.
