I'd recommend just adding the running to days when you don't have P.E. 1.5 hours of exercise is more than enough for one day, so you really don't need to add more to that.

alright...so. at school we normally have 1hr and 30mins of P.E 2/3 per week. That includes running different amounts and doing different sports. I was wondering if it was ok to add 30 mins of running every day/ every other day except for Sunday.....is this too much??? thnx, em
