| Well it depends on what you're into, because no exercise program is going to work if you don't enjoy it. Do you enjoy being around other people when you exercise because it seems more fun? If so join a sports team, take some dance classes or recruit a couple of your friends to go on walks/runs/etc. with you. If you prefer exercising alone you could always try equipment like an elliptical or treadmill, go on bike rides or walks/runs by yourself(or with a dog if you have one!), or a fun exercise video. You could try pilates, join a gym or even swim which is an AMAZING calorie burner.
