Cardio (like running/walking, biking, stuff like that )
will make your overall body fat go down.
If your insecure about your Legs and want cardio
I suggest biking or stationary bikes?
And as for the arms
just lift some weights.

I am new, and I have a few questions. Is there any particular exercises that can get inches off your waist faster than others? What kind of exercises can make your legs smaller (I am really insecure about my legs, they are very big)? My last question is, how do you tone your arms? Please respond, I really want to look good at my gr. 8 graduation on June 27th, because at my school we make a really big deal about it. Thanks soooooooooooooooooooo much
