Relax!
Obsessing over things like food, weight and exercise really take away from your quality of life, wouldn't you say? One day off isn't going to hurt anything. In fact, it's probably going to HELP you. Your body isn't made to exercise 60-90 minutes every day all the time. In fact, recovery is extremely important in fitness. Even collegiate and professional athletes are encourages to take breaks from their training--sometimes for a few weeks at a time during their off season. Sometimes a break is exactly what you need to get over a plateau and feel better.
If you continue to have these obsessive thoughts, which definitely are not healthy or normal, I would suggest that you speak to your parents, a doctor and/or a counselor about it.

| Yep, all the time. But this type of obsessive thinking is unhealthy so you may want to try to stress out a little less about it.

eatting food use to make me feel like a failure, if i ate to much or ate something bad for me all i would feel was guilt for days. i think now i dont feel bad about what i eat because i usually go on the bike for 60-90 mins and i always aim for my calorie range. but now i feel guilty when i take a day off of exercising yesterday i had so much homework & was so tired from getting use to not having my spring break anymore so i had to readjust my sleeping hours.
does anyone else feel guilty when they dont exercise like all their good work is gonna go to shame? i know its only been a day i didnt but i worked really hard to loose the weight i have lost & i dont want it to come back
