honestly, i do not have enough time to go... so should i have my dad look at it? and he can recommend something? he is a physical therapist!

Well, I'm not a doctor and I can't diagnose or treat your injury online. So I'd highly recommend that you talk to you doctor to find out what you can/should do or not.

is there anything i can help it heal a little bit in the mean time? i have nationals this weekend and CANNOT be injured!!

Check with your doctor--and if certain movements or positions hurt, don't do them. Injury is tricky--no matter how badly you might want to keep moving or cheering, it could get worse if you don't let it heal properly, so check with your doc.

i think i might have injured my knee. i have a bad knee anyways, and at cheer it started bothering me, and today at school i ran the mile and it hurts really bad now... what did i do?
