| salad has calories but there good calories! if you eat the rigt things then the calories wont matter, the fat in foods gives it more calories anyways, 1800 is plenty of calories most ppls prob dont go over that mark but im sure that they dont notice that the bag of popcorn their about to eat only has 140 calories for 2 cups but it has 12 grams of fat, thats just my opinion i was watching my calories and now ive switched to watching fat and ive lost 14 lbs so thats wat seems to be working.

| Actually, I wouldn't agree with the "fat does the most damage" thing. A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. However, yes there are more calories per gram in fat: carbs have 4 calories/gram, protein has 4 calories/gram, and fat has 9 calories/gram. So, if you eat 18 grams of carbohydrates or 8 grams of fat, you will have taken in the same amount of calories either way-- 72.

| try running like i started by runing 1/4 a mile a day for 2 wks and then got 2 half a mile then 3/4 and so on and i lost 11 lbs., limit fat intake. worry about calories but more about fat becuz it duz the most damage. cardio tapes every other day are really good to tighten, keep doing strenght excercises as well as running and cardio (not everyday, like one a day and like pick one ) hope i helped, its wat works for me!
