So manny people say they'll just dance around but I have no idea how. I know a lot of yall say it's dorky and not good at al but I just don't know what moves you do to help it lol.

There's not really one that's the *best*, just do what you like to do. I think dancing is really great, though. Sometimes I just turn on my radio and dance around my room like a total dork. But it works! :]
I've seen the informercial dozens of times and I really want to try it. If you can, you should. Kickboxing is a VERY effective cardio workout, it burns tons of calories an hour. I don't do Turbo Jam, but I do different kickboxing fitness videos, so give it a try.
And running is good, too. But like someone below said, If you don't like it, it'll be boring and you won't be into it so it won't be as effective.

I'm like you are too! I don't think I'm fat but I really don't like this belly bludge thing! I don't diet my mom freaks out and I like walking and somtimes logging and runing I listen tomy ipod and use the stop watch on it it's nice! I think kickboxing is a great form of cardio. It's fun, and it burns fat.
Examples are: -Tae-bo -Turbo Jam
Turbo Jam is more dancey but both burn a lot of fat and calories.

Running is one of my favorites but at times i wanna switch up a bit. So, i also try jump rope and dancing. I think the more of a variety you have, the more weight and fun would be included in workouts. Consider things that keep you active and you enjoy them at the same time.

I love kickboxing. With some good fast techno or hip hop playing while you do it, you really get into it. It gets your heart rate right up.
