| yea i hate that. im always wanting to exercise but the thought of it makes it so i just cant get myself moving. I hate exercising alone so i usually only do it if my boyfriends with me then we walk. Is there any other way to make exercising fun so i wont be bored by myself?

| if you have like a stationary bike you can read a magazine or book for school while you go on that. i always do that so i can do homework and exercise at the same time. idk where you live but you can go out and walk around your block if its nice out & talk on the phone that makes it go by fast like LOVZ2SING01 said. or if you have a certain show tell yourself, i'm only alouded to watch this show if i do 100 crunches or x amount of squats first.

| what i have been trying to do is when i am talking to a friend on the phone or something i go on my tredmill and put it on a low speed or i just walk around while i talk to my friend. i hate sitting for too long because i feel lazy. and also what i try to do is put music on and just dance to it no matter how bad i look. hey i mean ur getting up rite? and try doing sit ups or leg lifts while watching tv. i do about 120 crunches and like 100 leg lifts all in 10 min. so u can too!

| I know that if I want to loose weight I need to exercize but I just cant get myself to do it. The only time I happen to is if I have a bball game or I am playing soccer with my friends which I don't always have time to do. How can I get myself to exercise? It just seems soooo boring!
