i run a mile a day and walk 1/2 a mile usually 3-5 times a week and then i do about 150 crunches on those days and i sit in the sauna for 10-15 minutes =]

i run 1/2 a mile a day, cardio tapes every other day , strengh excercises everyday and soccer practice everyday or cheerleading
