| uhm depends no which one you get, the one i have fits in a small office, with two computer desks , it goes in the corner and i have enough room to walk around in here still

| i realllly want an elliptical but i would have no where to keep it. :( does it take up much room? my sister who lives in the same town as me has one and tells me i can come over & use hers but its just a hassle i want my own. hahaha

| thats awesome, your going to like it alot. i love mine, it is easy on your joints and it feels like you can really go longer on the, instead of going outside.

| yeah thats what i said to myself, one cookie isnt goin to kill me. i even got myself lowfat brownies to have for this weekend because thats usually the time i pig out hardcore, but if i get healthy sweet stuff than i think i can handle it. but totaly restricting yourself from all foods is insane, it makes you want it more

| A cookie isnt really going to hinder your progress. I always allow myself some sort of little treat a day. Usually the low fat versions, but it keeps me sane.

| Yeah I usually don't eat junkfood, well i havnt the past few weeks, but the past week ive been having one cookie everyday cuz ive been CRAVING them so bad, then th e weekends i pig out, but im going to stop that. thanks for the advice

| maybe raise the time by 5 min. don't eat that one junk food a day. junk food is a treat, not an everyday thing. try walking for other exercise, or sit-ups.

| I workout on my elliptical trainer for 20-25 minutes about four or five days a week, when i have the time. First two weeks i lost seven pounds(before i eat in the morning). I just want to know if i should cut back my calories and start working out longer because my weight isn't changing, but i also have been eating at least one junk food thing a day but i try to keep those to REALLY small portions. I dont know what to do anymore. Also what are good exercises to do when I dont have a lot of time or im really tired
