| yeah it should really help, ive been doing it for three weeks and i already see a difference in my stomach and waist, it feels goooooood :)

| thx 4 the pilaties idea i always thought they were so weird but im gonna try them and hopefully they work!! i am 13 5'4 135 lbs. so im a lil bigger but i wanna get rid of my jiggly areas 2

| they have dvd's at walmart between 5-20 dollars. also theres Pilates websites where you can see demonstrations, and you can check youtube as well.

| Yea I have heard of Pilaties, but I don't know like any of there exercises.

| Pilates is really good for jiggly areas. I've been doing it off in on for about a year and started doing it constantly the last two weeks or so and my stomach has already gotten thinner. Also leg squats and exercises with a medicine ball are good.

| i have the same problem. im 15 5'9 and weigh like 140. which isnt fat but i still got a little bit of the jiggle problem around my stomach and inner thieghs. the only solution i can think of is really work out those areas.

| I am 15 years old. I am five feet 4 inches. I weigh 120lbs. I know I am not "fat" but I would love to just get ride of my jiggly areas. I have jiggle between my legs, my stomach! I just want to get rid of the jiggles. Any ideas how?
