I love jump rope, and either Tae Bo or taekwondo. Jump rope i think you know how you can do that. And about Tae Bo and taekwondo i dont know about you but you cancheck if you can find like a video workout of it about of like 30 mins. Marcial arts can be fun if you see it as fun. Try in your mind doing all those sound that they make in the karate movies and those... its fun!!

| I like to jumprope. I can do it in my basement when there is snow outside. And its cheap and easy...

The thing I like doing most are fitness tapes and taking fitness classes.
The tapes I use are The Firm, they are high energy and its kind of fun when you do it with someone else.
Also you should check and see if there are any local fitness classes, they have a lot where I live. I go to one 2 times a week its a Bootcamp class.

| No biggie, my parents started me on softball and now I'm hooked. Also, I play volleyball. I train with highschoolers and then take it back to middle school. Both sports aren't that bad either.

hey i need help i want to find a fun workout or activity to do with some one my mom was thinkin a swimming workout but i get tired of water after a while i want to do something that high eneergy and still helps lose weight
