I am lucky to have a gym right in town that I attend twice a week, soon to be three times. I would do a one on one class once a week, a "bootcamp class" once a week, and then a "kids fun class" once a week. So 3 times in the gym...
What should I do at home? I find it hard to workout on my own, because I never know what to do. I have a tredmill at home, but it gets boring to just run. I need something fun. Any ideas?
