If you go to your Start page, and down the left side click the link to see your calories burned goal, you can adjust that number based on how much exercise you're doing.

Hope that helps,

My recommended calories range is 1800-2150
That isn't too low?
I apologize for being, well, clueless I guess
I'm a little OCD

You can set your calories burned goal in your program setup, and based on that information, you'll get a recommended calorie range.

How many calories a day do you think that I should be eating?

I would guess that you're not eating enough for as much activity as you're doing. Like I said before, I'd encourage you to talk to someone about how you're feeling with regards to exercise. Exercise should help relieve stress, not cause more of it in your life.

Well, I'm not sure if I'm eating enough.
I eat about 1800-2000 calories a day, mostly 1800
I exercise everyday, except for Sunday
Either I run outside or I walk on the treadmill while reading when there is no soccer practice
Otherwise I have soccer practice everyday after school.
I have a feeling that 1800 cals is not enough
As for the help on the obsession, I'm not sure what to do
I feel like a workaholic, always wanting to do something instead of lazying around
If I stop, I'm scared I'll get depressed and that feels worse than what I feel now

B,

If you're exercising a lot but not eating enough, you're not likely to lose weight. Have you thought about talking to a trusted family member or friend about how you're feeling? Sometimes it can also help to talk to a professional about it. Exercise should make you feel good, not wear you down. If you feel like you're becoming obsessed with it, that's not healthy and it's something you need to work on changing.

Okay
A} Not seeing results, makes me exersize more.

B} Obsessed with exersizing. If I don't feel like I do enough, I do MORE, and I bash myself if I don't.

Blah, this is why I can't DO this fitness thing
I can do the food thing but NOT this
I get so obsessed, bash myself, then get depressed and it's an endless circle..
I'm so worn out x.x

Help :{
