This sounds like it might be a little much. I'd recommend walking on the days that you don't do Tae Bo, but not having days where you do both. As far as the weekends go, that sounds like a good plan. It's good to have 1-2 days per week of rest from all exercise, but I think it's fine to be active on those days by gardening or playing with your sisters.

I was thinking about walking everyday for about 30 minutes to an hour afterschool, leaving off the weekends, then doing some cardio like turbo jam or Tae-bo on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, then adding in strength training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus two days of yoga to help alleviate stress and strengthen my back.
I figured on the weekends, I could do something like play with my little sisters and do some gardening so that I don't burn-out quickly. Also if I'm up to it, jog for about 20 minutes/two miles and work up to maybe 45 minutes to an hour at the park on Saturdays.
