The amount of cardio you have to do is not proportional to how much fat you have around your abdomen. 30 minutes covers a person who weighs 100 pounds, 200 pounds, 300 pounds, etc. So, if you're saying your dancing isn't enough exercise because you have fat around your stomach, then that's just not true.

Dancing is an excellent way to exercise and, judging by your username, you love it which is amazing. If you have found an exercise that you love to do then more power to you!

Join a sports club or something perhaps. Tennis, basketball ect are fun and good workouts.

I'm in dire need of some cardio and fat burning exercises. I've tried to go running in my area and along the lake, but I get so bored that time goes by so slow and I feel like I've done an hour but I've only done 10 minutes, so there's no way I can do 30 minutes. I've even tried listening to music but nothing works. I can't afford to get a machine so I need something else. I currently dance, but it isn't enough cardio as I have a large amount (and I mean abnormal) of fat on my stomach. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do at home/outside that won't bore me?
