I'm down to 63.

The ranking is a measure of how many minutes you're doing compared to everyone else. To access it, click "Go to SparkAmerica" under My Fitness Minutes in the sidebar. At the bottom, you should see Individual Members under Featured Leaderboards. Click "see more" and it will take you to the rankings page.

I'm ranked number 117! Woot!

Actually, I'm not really paying attention to that. I just made a goal for myself for the year and I'm trying to maintain that goal and do 900 minutes a month. So, I'm kind of competing against myself and it's working. :)

Wow, I didn't even know that existed! I'm at 174. Shameful, I know. I'll run today or something.

Is it possible for you to get outside and jog or something after class? If the weather's okay, I would say just do whatever outside. If not, try some strength training, or do your exercises on the ground floor.

Wow. I just did a few lunges, nothing big, and now I'm already down to 93rd place.

I'm in 184th place in the SparkAmerica thing for February minutes... I'm trying to get at least below 100th place by the end of next week. I live in a creaky old dorm, so things like jumping jacks and running in place aren't really a good idea, because they make a bunch of noise and it bothers everyone else. Any ideas as to what I can do?
