hmm...this is tough the 1 hour a week is still great though, keep that up!
do you think it would be possible to squeeze excercise in through other ways? like taking the stairs instead of an elevator, dancing around to a few of your favorite songs, doing squats when talking on the phone...etc?

Wow! And, I thought I was busy...
Well, I had to make the decision that no matter how many other things I had to do, I was somehow going to make room for exercise every day. Because, I found using homework as a reason not to exercise, when I could have made room if I had really wanted to. I'm not saying you're using your busy schedule as an excuse or anything, but that's how it was for me. I mean, last night I found myself on the elliptical at 10pm. But, it works for me. Maybe it can work for you. :)

Hi Charlii
What if you tried to get up 30 minutes earlier a few days a week to exercise before school? Weekends might be another option to get in one or two workouts. Don't feel like you have to do a long workout to see results- as long as you're challenging yourself, doing a 30 minute workout can be just as beneficial.
Hope that helps!

Heya everyone.
My name is Charlii, and as a 17 year old full time college student i find it hard to fit exercise in to my daily routine. I am in college from 8.45 - 4.00 everyday, and i have an hour and a half commute before and after.
I am also rehearsing for a show 3 nights a week and working two days. Then with my college work, it all becomes a bit much.
I do a healthy lifestyle at college which means that i do one hour of exercise on a tuesday morning, but i know its not enough.
Any ideas?
