if your bike is still workable you can read while your on it. thats what i do i'll bring in a book either for school or a magazine it keeps you occupied or if your not a big reader you can watch tv while you go on too. because i have ADD too so this helps, if you have a show thats on at like 8 oclock you wont be as tempted to get up & go do something else bc then you'll miss your show.

I'm currently standing at 5'10, and weight roughly 170 pounds. The winter months seem to be the hardest for me to stay motivated in, but considering I would like to be on my way to my goal weight [ which is 150 pounds at the moment ] by the time mid-spring [ April-May] rolls around, I know I should get started now. I try to exercise whenever I can at home, since the weather here tends to vary day to day in the winter, but then things go downhill. I know I shouldn't work out constantly, so I usually do about a 20 minute in-home workout everyday that consists of warming up, and then working on my core. But for me, that gets old quickly. Going to the gym isn't a possibility for me anymore, and I like to vary my exercises whenever I can. My family owns an old exercise bike, but like I said, it's old. I feel like I have ADD when it comes to exercise because I also don't like staying in one spot. I would like to start jogging, but since the weather is so unpredictable around here, I don't know what I'm going to face.

If anybody has any suggestions whatsoever, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm also a beginner, and I'm up for trying nearly anything.
