Hi Glow- First off, keep in mind that our bodies can only change so much. If you're "bigger boned" like you describe here, you might be a bigger personal overall, and there's not a lot you can do to change the overall shape/size of your body. But eating well and exercising regularly can help you acheive and maintain the best weight for you, and improve the overall apperance of your body (like by toning up your muscles).
Check out this guide to learn more about your body--and what you can or can't change: http://teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/wellness_articles.asp?id=915
As far as working out at home and without much space--yes, there are lots of things you can do. Check out our Fitness Resource Center for workout videos you can do on your computer, other workouts and exercises, and even the articles, which are full of ideas. "The Dorm Room Workout" might be a perfect one for you, since it has lots of ideas for exercising in a small space and with little to no money.
Good luck! Coach Nicole

I come from a family who are quite big boned but my sister has managed to trim down so i want to too. so far I'm 11st and I'm only 15 but i don't look BIG just bigger than some people. Iv bought a exercise DVD but its one of those dance things and i get really frustrated and angry and find myself getting quite wound up because i can't do some of the moves and find it hard because they go fast and my rooms small. iv done this about 3-4 times. I feel like iv lost some weight but i really just want some help and tips on how i can get toned and loose weight and feel good, I can do an hour of exercise everyday, anyone got any really good exercises i can do in my room and will guaranteed to work.
