the key is to find something that isn't terribly hard at first and that you can stick with. walking [like suggested below] is definitly a good idea to start with & even beneficial to continue with. you can start with maybe 10 minutes a day and work your way up to 30. You can also use the treadmill, walk outdoors, walk in a park, around the neighborhood, etc.
if your looking for something else you could also try adding exercise dvds to keep some variety. also maybe join an aerobics dance or some class at the Y! or a local gym.
start small and build your way up! you can do it! :)

I was the same way lol. What I did I found something I really like to do. Mine was walking. So to you then it's not working out but doing something you love :) Then after, you eventually want to try new things. Before you know it you will love working out. It will take time though
