I am too (I'm in slow recovery lol) but curves is for women only and the one I go to is not really busy only a few people workout thee I guess

Today I went for my first 30min workout at curves. I Liked it for me a person who never really worked out before it was nice. 30sec on each machine w/ a 30 rest in between (where you march in place)and stretching at the end I look forward to going back.
