I think thats enough for the day. If you feel energized and still want to work out some more-- go for it! but if you feel tired or feel like you got a good work out then thats what counts.
for the record, I usually aim for about 20 and 30 minutes a day. I plan to work my way up, but I think even for adults its 30 minutes a day to maintain a healthy lifestyle. ^^

| The suggested time frame for working out each day is about half an hour to an hour. But, let's say you did high intensity aerobics for 27 minutes, that is good. Especially if you are just starting out on an active regime. Just keep it up each day, it doesn't take that long.

| I just worked out 27 minutes and will probably do so again around 4:30pm is that enough or even to much for one day?
