We offer free workout videos in our Fitness Resource Center that you might want to check out. They're online, but if you want something you can do in front of the TV, then I'd recommend checking out some workout videos from your library.

Hey yall, I was wondering other then here does anyone know where I can find some exrecise videos? Thanks in advance. :)
