oh, no, you don't need a hour a day! thats fine if that works for some people, and some just aim to get that much. but its actually recommended to get about 20-30 minutes a day, 5 to 6 times a week. you seem like you're doing just fine! :)

I know that the reccomended amount to get is an hour a day, but that's just not possible for me, and if I did that I would no doubt give it up.
Most days I do 30 minutes of either tennis or boxing (or a little of both), and once a week I go swimming for about 45 minutes. Except on thursdays where I have about an hour of tag rugby or football or hocky.
My aim is to lose weight, I am at the moment about 154 pounds, at 5"3.5 and I am eating and drinking good and all that jazz too.
