If you are really concerned about the calories, you should invest in a heart rate monitor. I was thinking of buying one myself, because I do like to know what's going on in my body. :)

Don't worry too much about calories burned. It's all just math, anyways. The important thing is getting in 20-30 minutes of exercise. As long as you're doing that you're right on track.
Other then that, I would estimate its really just between those two numbers. Machines are sometimes way off and sparkteens is probabaly more accurate, but also could be slightly too much? maybe? it does take in account your weight and height so maybe your just burning more then you think! :)

trust the machine cuz u had to put ur weight in so it can tell better also sparkteens is not specific about cals.
